Datacenter visit
Come and see where your data would live.
Our NVIDIA B200 GPU cluster sits in a Tier III datacenter in Madrid certified ENS High (Spain's National Security Framework). If you are considering working with us, you can visit it: see the infrastructure, talk to the team that runs it and, if you like, attend a demo on B200 with a case similar to yours.
Visits are by appointment, because access to the datacenter is controlled. Mention it in the form or write to contact@gpusolutions.ai and we will propose a date. More technical detail on infrastructure.

Who will answer my message?
An engineer from our team in Spain, not a salesperson or a call centre. It is the same person who then prepares the 45-minute session and the proposal.
Do I need to know my configuration before writing?
No. Just tell us what you want to do, with what data and by when. Sizing is part of our job: we translate your case into a configuration and, if needed, measure it on our cluster.
Can I visit the datacenter before signing?
Yes, by appointment. We organise visits to the Tier III datacenter in Madrid, usually with a demo on B200, so you can see where your data would live before you decide.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. If your case requires it, we sign a non-disclosure agreement before going into detail. For the service itself we also sign a standard data processing agreement with optional zero retention.
How quickly do you reply?
We reply to any enquiry within 24 business hours. If you are already a customer, support responds in under 4 hours on business days.
